The office should have told me that there was a long wait before I arrived. I was sitting for over 2 hours on an exam table--part of the time with my shirt open. Unfortunately, unless they erased it, they also have my exposed breasts on video--I saw some of the footage! If your office is running late, you owe it to the patients to be honest about it before they arrive! IMO, although you WILL get paid, your office deserves to have at least half of the bill taken off!
