I’ve been going to Gilbert Internal Medical for 6 years. The Doctor and Nurse Practitioners are professional, competent and kind. NP Patrick worked with me for several months while recovering from Covid19 in 2021. His reassurance that he would get me through that aftermath kept me positive and hopeful that I would not be a longhauler. After 3 months I finally got the inflammation out of my lymph system. Complete disappointment here. I have been going to this office over 15 years. Ever since the changeover and "call center" implementation, the service has been pathetic. Front office staff is insensitive and everyone needs to get some training. Time to find another provider.
Had an appt for the first time since his wife left. Bad bedside manners walked in asked why I was there said he doesn't do referrals walked out and charged me a new re establishment fee for less than 5 min of his time. I will not be going back there. I want a doctor who listens and cares as his wife did. Good luck to all who see him. Not my kind of doctor.
