This business does really good nails, however it’s unfortunate they lack communication with clients. I came for a fill and one nail was loose so it was suggested to be replaced with a new one however I wasn’t asked if I wanted soak off or cut off. I assumed it would be a soak off since the last fill I did the nail tech did a soak off. None of this was explained. Chi and Henry are the best manicure-ist I have ever had. The pedicure people are ok. They get the job done. But do NOT let them take off your calluses. Every time they have I always got cut. So I bought an electronic one on Amazon and take care of it myself the night before. But Leo's nails salon is the most welcoming and wonderful nail salon I've ever been to. I was robbed $5 at this place. When my acrylic nail set was over and I went to pay at the counter, she said it cost $65. I gave her $70 in cash and she just said “thank you!” Then said something in another language to her coworker and just walked away. If she had given me my change back I would have given her even more cash to add to the tip. Too bad she chose to not be a good person, btw she didn’t know English at all and communication was difficult.
