horrible experience with who i think is the owner, if not a very involved nail tech. She was she extremely racist towards me and made fun of my skin the entire appointment (pointing to my hands and whispering to her coworkers in another language and laughing). The lady kept making racist remarks and said she needed to wear gloves to work with me, and making comments about how my skin looks dirty.. I have only gotten my nails done a couple of times in my life because i’m very rough with my hands and always found them chipping within a week, so i felt like it wasn’t worth it to me. I will be getting married soon so i decided i needed to find a place to try out instead of going to a salon for the first time right before my wedding and risk not liking it. They have really poor customer service and poor management. I don’t recommend a place that don’t treat their customers with respect. They’re unfair and overcharge. Ps to their reply: It’s the first time I ask for two stamps because I brought a separate person with me!! Every person gets a stamp no??? Why discrimination??? So untruthful!! Why would I have YOUR stamp with me? lol I never threw anything. I left my stamp card infront of you after I tipped your business still, you’re very ungrateful.
Love it here!! Staff are super efficient and nice. I always leave feeling amazing with the prettiest nails!!!!!
