I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I got French nails, but the work was not clean or smooth. One of my nails is noticeably bumpy and has little dots on the surface, and overall the finish was not what I expected. I contacted the manager about the issue, and what disappointed me even more was the way it was handled. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor quality of the work. horrible experience with who i think is the owner, if not a very involved nail tech. She was she extremely racist towards me and made fun of my skin the entire appointment (pointing to my hands and whispering to her coworkers in another language and laughing). The lady kept making racist remarks and said she needed to wear gloves to work with me, and making comments about how my skin looks dirty.. I have only gotten my nails done a couple of times in my life because i’m very rough with my hands and always found them chipping within a week, so i felt like it wasn’t worth it to me. I will be getting married soon so i decided i needed to find a place to try out instead of going to a salon for the first time right before my wedding and risk not liking it.
