This is solely and specifically for collision department as most all of my experiences with Leo Martin (service and sales) have been good! They talk nice to you on the phone and act as if they are trying to help you. But ultimately did not compensate for their own employees mistakes for their customer (in my experience) Terrible lack of communication! This company continues to use my email to schedule and complete service without my authorization. I have several times asked them to get the email right. Nobody has done anything. At this point I may take things into my own hands.
