Needed a front end alignment, wheel rotation, tire sensor replacement, seat belt replacement and an oil change. Aida was my service advisor. She had stated that the seat belt may take a couple of days, so I was concerned about having to leave it over night. Well it did need to stay over night, but the seat belt came in early and so they got it installed without a second visit. The truck is running great and Aida helped me get a rebate for the sensors and a 10 % coupon was applied to the maintenance. All good.

This is solely and specifically for collision department as most all of my experiences with Leo Martin (service and sales) have been good! They talk nice to you on the phone and act as if they are trying to help you. But ultimately did not compensate for their own employees mistakes for their customer (in my experience) Terrible lack of communication! Had a collision estimate done on a vehicle saying it would cost almost $1,250. I understand it is an estimate and there could be underlying issues. But for it to come out to tr... read more
