Philip's son Joe is the current owner of Leo Marks Jewelers Philip found his passion in the jewelry business when he opened a jewelry store in Port Clinton, Ohio after World War II. there are better I won a $50 gift certificate to this store, and basically there was only a couple things to choose from. Not that I was expecting to buy a diamond bracelet for that. But the prices were inflated and they expected you to do some haggling. There are several salespeople, but not too many customers at a time, so it's like they're all listening to your conversation with your salesperson. That's a little unnerving. Best Jeweler in Toledo!!! I've never been one for jewelry but found out that, like all other women, Iâd drape myself diamonds! My boyfriend was referred to Leo Marks Jewelers for a Chamilia charm for my birthday and later stopped in for . . . an engagement ring! My ring is classic and beautiful. Repair After shopping around, I recently had my wedding set of nearly 17 years repaired. I was shocked and impressed , not just with the quality workmanship, but with the price as well. I would definately recommend Leo Marks Jewelers to my family or friends.
Very Good Experience I recently purchased an engagement ring from Leo Marks. I shopped around extensively until I felt I was getting the best value for my money. I wanted to use my late mother’s wedding band for my upcoming wedding but it did not blend well with my engagement ring. Mike worked with me to design a new band, utilizing the gold from my moms ring to create what looks like a set that was meant to be. I’m so impressed and appreciative, I definitely recommend
