I definitely agree with the other 2 reviews. Hopefully the US Department of Justice will investigate this slum landlord owner too. I filed with the State of Maryland office of Civil rights as well. God will take care of those who do people wrong.
Definitely a slumlord. I would never rent a commercial space again from this company. They try everything within their power not to fix things that are their responsibility and try to place blame on others. Very unprofessional. They actually put a dog groomer next to my high-end salon which ruined my business. They even moved them in without putting any insulation in the walls at all so we got to listen to dogs bark all day long even though our lease said we were entitled to peaceful and enjoyment of our space. Slum landlord, they hire other management companies LIKE MURN MANAGEMENT to do their dirty work! They don't fix things in a timely fashion. It's 101 degrees outside and with no air conditioner for over 3 weeks it's 115 degrees inside my home. I have complained to no avail. They doubled my rent for waht no I will be moving out please be careful of this company it's all about the dollar not quality.
