My experience was absolutely wonderful due to the salesperson, Ms. Sheena and Dr.Zlevor. They both cared about not only my eye health but how I felt once I left the office. Ms. Sheena goes over and beyond to assist customers. This is the type of behavior that should be exhibited amongst all staff at LensCrafters. My sons appointment was on-time as scheduled. Staff were very friendly. The optometrist was friendly, patient and thorough. He explained throughout the exam. Great experience.
Dr. Kling was very professional and informative. Laura was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns. She listened and made me feel confident in my purchase. I will continue to come back here. This is the only eye place that I feel took time to hear my questions attentively and where I didn’t feel pressured into paying for something that I didn’t like.
