I came from out of state to get a grill from Leo Jewelers, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences. I paid over $220 and had my teeth molded on-site, expecting a proper custom fit. When I finally received the grill, it didn’t fit at all — completely unusable. I followed their process, trusted their work, and still got a faulty product. What’s worse is that they have a “No Refunds or Exchanges” policy, even when it’s clearly their mistake.
