I came from out of state to get a grill from Leo Jewelers, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences. I paid over $220 and had my teeth molded on-site, expecting a proper custom fit. When I finally received the grill, it didn’t fit at all — completely unusable. I followed their process, trusted their work, and still got a faulty product. What’s worse is that they have a “No Refunds or Exchanges” policy, even when it’s clearly their mistake. I spent so much on this piece and it looks nothing like the reference picture I asked them to replicate, and the gem looks fake. I tried calling their number but the mailbox is full.. Update: the company’s response to my review claims I reviewed the wrong company? So I added a picture of the receipt here to show I got these from “Leo Jewelers” with the address at 285 flea market.
If they are busy keep moving! I traveled hundreds of miles for my birthday to get a grill and was promised next day service. When I got there at the time I was informed to arrived, I was told wait 40 more minutes, after that 40 minutes I was told to wait 10 more minutes. My assumption is that they hadn’t even started my order and within the 50 minute “wait” period they were creating my piece. 4 Stars - Great Service, Just Needs Better Online Info I know I gave 4 stars, but I highly recommend this place! The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Isabella assisted us and did a fantastic job—she even helped sort out some issues we had with shipping and handling, which we really appreciated.
