Unprofessional and careless! My 87 year old father with a walker and heart issues was dropped off for his 10:30 am appointment this morning in front of their Pecos office only to find it EMPTY!!! Their own website still shows their location at this 7305 Pecos!!! So does this Google Maps entry I'm reviewing. The text reminders for the appointment my father got mentioned no changes. The texts they sent me mentioned no changes. How many months does he have to wait now for his next appointment?!
I have been a patient of Dr. Spaccavento for over 6 years and he listens very well and he is very experienced and knowledgeable about the Heart and he can talk high tech. medicine language as well as, and he talks in common down to earth terms to his patients and he has great bedside manners. He is great at explaining what is going on with your medical condition. Thanks Dr.Spaccavento and all of his staff is great as well.
Had a great experience with Dr. Spaccavento! He doesn't just throw meds or tests or treatments at you. He wants to understand what the patient wants as well. My options were thoroughly explained, and I am happy with the plan going forward. After seeing 2 other cardiologists that were very dismissive and left me confused, I will absolutely stay with Dr. Spaccavento.
