Steve was fantastic on the resale side. I previously went to another resale shop downtown that had great reviews but I was highly disappointed! I came to Steve and he was extremely educational, answered my questions, did way more research on my ring, and gave me more than the last jeweler offered. On the purchasing side, Taylor and everyone inside was fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Steve was polite and respectful when he explained that most of it was costume, and what was real was of little value beyond the gold in the settings. He even took time to explain how the evaluation was made. I appreciated the honest, professional assessment. It’s certainly will make dividing it up between the relatives a lot easier!
