Hired Leo to repair our roof and siding from hail damage. Went through insurance, gave them a large deposit and then found out about 2 houses where they did a terrible job. Cheap materials, cut corners. Since they did not order materials yet or start our job we contacted them to cancel our contract. They have not returned our emails and will not return our deposit. We are filing a police report today for fraud and going through the states attorney to fight for our money back. Do not hire this company!
I have worked with MANY roofers and Alex Brinka at Leo is by far the BEST! Hard working, responsive, fairly priced, very personable & likable, and, most importantly, honest. Alex is not a storm chaser, he will tell you if your roof is not damaged and help you if it is. Also does great work for non-claim situations and all exterior work.
Place is a joke. Terrible work. With so many contractors in the area. Go else where.
Call Leo Exterior prior to your insurance company to discuss possible damage to see if they can help support you through this process. Justin was very helpful and handled all of the communication with the insurance company to cover almost all of the cost for the damage to the roof, siding and gutter replacement. The only cost we had was some damage to roof wood sheeting which was about $1500. I highly recommend Leo Exteriors Restoration if you think you have had damage to your home. We were so happy we went with Leo Exteriors for our roof installation. We had a lot of problems getting approved by our insurance company, but Justin Reicher and Will Valencia would not give up! Justin made the process so much easier. He always returned my calls or texts right away and kept me informed about everything that was going on with the insurance company and with the installation of the roof.
