Avoid like a plague. Con artists posing as painters After a month of research, Yelp sent me Duarte's Painting Company as a professional painter. The painter I wanted was busy to start my paint job. Never post your house with this agent. Went to an open house with his name on the listing. Drove an hour from Austin. House was advertised as a potential Airbnb. It was totally inappropriate for an Airbnb (we already have 2) and a liability nightmare with all these wobbly ladders and supper high decks with wobbly low railings and loft where were a 5'2 person cant get in without bumping their head.
