I LOVE this practice so much! My children and myself have seen multiple providers here and I've never had a bad experience with anyone from the front desk, clinical staff, billing, or providers. They've always made it a priority when we've had an issue or needed to be seen urgently for a rash. Med refills were taken care of in a timely manner also. I HIGHLY recommend them to any and everyone that wants a caring office.
Unprofessional, they never call back you have to hound them multiple times a day multiple times a week for any answers. Staff is inpatient, rude, and looking to pick fights / start issues the second you have any questions they are unprepared to ask. They will never admit fault or be sensibly cooperative. Ridiculous wait time when they put you on hold. Make up policies to inconvenience you / get their way. This place is a joke.
UPDATE:THEY OVER BOOK FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT AND DONT CARE TO WASTE YOUR TIME THEN SAY THEY DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU!!! My mother went in here for a simple checkup just to get prescriptions we sat there for an hour and a half before the doctor even came to talk to us this place is horrible with customer service and they waste everyone's time that walks in this door I do not recommend anyone ever go here that actually needs to be seen this place is a waste of time
Nice and friendly the lady in front the doctor love the way she talks to me and explain everything to me
