Every time I was told to undress, they would leave out and not even a sec later come barging in. I didn’t even get a chance to even take my second leg out my pants and here I am half naked with the nurse just walking around me setting up for my injection. Have only been to one appointment, but I can say everyone was super nice & professional. Sara was fantastic! Place is clean & well kept. I look forward to my next appointment. Have already recommended to a friend who has an appointment as well.
Sherry gets the 5 stars but everyone else in the building has showed their ass before with me or my fiance. A lot of the people in here think they're either better than you or above you. not realizing some of the people that come here make more money than them! there's 20 year olds that come in there & make more money smh. So 5 gold stars for Sherry
Rude. Cancels appointments with no notifications. Then says staff was threatened but can't name when or what was said. Receptionists are 15$ an hour clowns rude and unprofessional exactly what you expect from a 3 star dermatologist. Holes in Wales damage all over the offices. Receptionists area looks like a homeless camp.
Sherry Grooms is amazing and the best dermatologist I’ve ever had. She had diagnosed and effectively treated multiple skin conditions that were severely affecting my quality of life. She always takes time to answer my questions and is always up to date on new upcoming treatments. She has always taken wonderful care of me and I don’t ever want to go anywhere else!
