Good morning!!! I am writing this to warn other parents about our traumatizing experience we had with Sarah at this practice. (( Let me preface and say we are long time patients of Nancy, who is wonderful by the way!!! She treated my son's molluscum with great care and multiple other skin issues we have had. Ima just say THE FRONT DESK staff was rude especially the lady with the grey and black in her hair and glasses who says she in charged of billing her attitude definitely matches her Nacy was the dermatologist I seen and her bed side manners sucked just like the WHOLE place in general the place stink like a dirty trailer and it's super tiny inside NO where to sit fr EVERYTHING is outdated including the staff
You could show up and check in 20 minutes early for your appointment, but still not be seen until 45 minutes after your scheduled visit. There’s no point of showing up early or on time. Ridiculous. How are you going to see people who arrive nearly a hour later first? There’s no consideration of our time
Where to start. Theses people are amazing I get the mix reviews and but once you get to know them there amazing. The staff including NP Sara. Everyone is great at the end of the day they can do so much.
