Never had a problem with the front desk they were kind but Dr. Leo Cusumano is something else. I went to the office regarding to my kid cause the school specialist that works with my kid told me his medicine was fast reacting out of the body along with a couple other doctors as well he told me the medicine was fine I needed to get off the drugs and spend time with my kid. I never in my life have done drugs and I do spend time with him cause I am the only parent taking care of him. After that comment my kids will not be going... read more
Highly recommended! My oldest daughter is 21 now. She went to Dr. Leo until she aged out. He is by far one of the best pediatricians around! My 2 youngest now see him and they both love him! He is just full of compassion. Kind-hearted. Respectful. The list goes on.
Both of my children and all of my nieces and nephews (9 all together) have gone to Dr. Cusumano's, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. He is a great human and Doctor. The kids look forward to seeing him. It will be a very sad day when he retires. He's one of a kind.
Told to take sick baby to urgent care rather than pediatrician. Sick baby for 6 weeks, already been to and treated by urgent care. Urgent care sent us to pediatrician. Told by PA that she “hadn’t thought of a uti” and she refused to order a urine test to confirm. She said “if you’re not satisfied, go somewhere else.” She said that she’s only one person and is overwhelmed and that there are lots of sick kids. How is this relevant to my child?! Worst receptionist ever the receptionist thought that it would be cute to sit there and argue with me about whether or not if my daughter had insurance just downright nasty and that was the first woman that I spoke to that hung up on me I'm not even going on about the second woman that I talked too who was nasty as well needless to say both of them hung up on me after I told them I didn't appreciate the fact that they were screaming at me telling me that my daughter didn't have insurance when I know for a fact that she did I... read more
