You seriously need to do better describing your listing in Pasadena. You need to be real about what the possibilities of the property. You lead us into thinking it can be used as another SNF or RCFE as before when you know it can't. Its expressively prohibited by the City. I wondering how many potential buyers get big eyes with the possibilities but after discovering you mislead soooo many people with great disappointment. This is just bad on your part. Shame Leo
