These Leo Apartments is super beautiful, I loved Alex who gave us a tour and leased the apartment! Her communication skills was immaculate since my wife and I are mixed and have trouble with some Spanish translations; She knew the property like the back of hand so when we were ready to decide where we wanted our son's room and if he needed his own bath or if we're sharing didn't seem to bother her at all, very patient. We'll definitely be staying a while!
Great business partners, always a friendly smile in the office and the residents are great with the trash valet employee Mario.
I absolutely love living here. From the friendly neighbors to the incredibly helpful staff, it truly feels like a community. Noel and Gelmin always go above and beyond to help out, and Michelle and Alex in the office are so approachable and always ready to answer any questions. The property itself is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained—it's everything I could ask for in a home. I would recommend this Community to anyone and everyone.

I love the cottage style apartment with a small yard for my Frenchie. I’ve been here since it opened. It’s a great concept for apartment living. Once the place was sold and new management team took over; I was excited to see how things would be. Well it’s been a disappointment with the property manager regarding a problem with the sprinkler system.
