I called for service and Al LENZ showed up. Based on my furnace and water heater was 25 plus years old I went with a Amana furnace and a Aprilaire Humidifier a Rudd water heater. I also went with a new Thermostat made by Ecobee this thermostat can be controlled by your smartphone app. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the professional people that work there.
