A very nice young man, Michael did the service on my furnace. He did a great job. Thank you, Michael. I did have a little issue with the scheduling being changed by Lenz, but I was able to make it work out with my schedule.

The two gentleman that came and cleaned our ducts were very professional and efficient. Carter made sure to explain everything they were going to do before hand and provided expectations on timing and he was spot on. He gave me a great summary of service and findings to close out the job.
