I have had them install a new A/C unit and water heater. Two separate occasions. They showed up on time and did a great job with the installation and cleaning up after. As a Veteran, I'm so glad I went with them. Definitely recommend. 9/19/24 - Cael from the Urbandale location came out and did my annual service visit, 2 of 2, and I'm happy to say that, once again, the service was great. Lenz provided fabulous service to me! They installed an HVAC system, an AC system, and a hot water heater. I am 100% satisfied. One of the best things about Lenz is it’s owned by a veteran Lenz provided my fall maintenance today. Cole was very friendly and provided super service. He also explained the air duct cleaning service that Lenz is now providing as well as products that can be added onto my furnace to have clean air.
