Very prompt response. Issue was quickly diagnosed and remedied temporarily while new system was ordered. Very fair replacement estimate.
Lenz Heating & Cooling came out and performed a complimentary service check on my air conditioner. The service technician Freddie was prompt, courteous and explained all of the steps they would be taking. He also explained their results of their check, and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience.
