Don't rent from these people (especially the 200 block of Logan Avenue) they will take your security deposit and if they think they can they will sue you also. I imagine like ours most of their lawsuits are without merit and can be settled for much less out of court or you might win in court, but why go through the hassle I did, just don't rent from them.
