Lentz has now reached out and honored their warranty, fixed the issues to our satisfaction and I would now recommend this company.
I cannot recommend this company. They do not honor their warranty. They provided our homeowner's association with up dated lighting with LED bubs they said would last many years. Within 6 months half the bulbs were not working or "strobing". They admitted they found out they were using faulty/inferior bulbs, but would not replace them all with a reliable bulb. They came out and replaced a few. Now Paul Lentz, owner, tells us they will change us $90 a trip to come out to replace a each faulty bulb as the fault occurs. They al... read more
