Most thorough optician exam ever. Very impressed
Suffering from intense headaches, my primary suggested I ruled out any issues with my eyes. My insurance provider recommended Lentz Eye Care to me, and when I called to schedule an appointment I was worried it would take me weeks to be seen. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and patient with me, and I got very lucky with a cancellation, so I was able to be seen that day. Office staff and Dr. Murrell are all fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. I had contacts waiting for me and was on my way to pick them up. Of course I got stopped by a train (go figure), and was going to arrive after they closed. I called and told them what was going on and the office staff waited for me. It’s little things like that, that make a place worth going to.
Wanted sunglasses for my newborn son. They have the perfect newborn Minishades. Staff was amazing and helpful. Thanks Lentz Eyecare
Dr. Murrell has always been very thorough during my yearly eye exams. She also did amazing with checking my 1 year old daughter’s eyes for the first time. She’s willing to go the extra mile whenever I need a prescription called in to my pharmacy!
