Poor communication, long wait times, unclear timelines. Holding my car hostage after the repairs until they negotiate with the insurance company for more money. This shop has changed a lot over the years, I would not recommend it.
5 stars all the way. Their customer service is truly unmatched! Lent's staff were quick to give an estimate and their turn around was also quick. I would highly recommend friends and family to get any work done here as it was professional and on time.
I was pleased with Xaviers help here. Took good care of my car and fixed the physical damage. I would recommend getting your car fixed here. I loved they cleaned my car too before returning it back to me.
They were able to see my car same day I called, then worked with the insurance directly and I have got my Odyssey back quickly with new painted rear bumper. Highly recommend.
I didn’t end up needing their services but they were professional and knowledgeable and gave me the correct insight I needed to make my own repairs. If and when I need body work done that I cannot do myself, I will 100% be taking my business here.
