I didn’t end up needing their services but they were professional and knowledgeable and gave me the correct insight I needed to make my own repairs. If and when I need body work done that I cannot do myself, I will 100% be taking my business here.
Wonderful experience. My bumper was literally being held on by duct tape, and everyone was so kind about it. The pricing was very reasonable, and they made sure all my questions were answered. They even gave me a ride home while they were working on the car! Will definitely return if I have any more body shop needs!
My wife took her Hyundai Tucson back to the dealer in Milwaukee because they had fixed the door and window (and other things). The window stopped working and was stuck open. They said it would need an expensive part and that the job would be at least $800.00. We quickly decided to take it back to Lents where we had previously had great service. They said the window was simply off the tracks and needed no parts. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't even charge! These folks are the BEST!!

This is the place to go!!!!! The whole crew knew what they were doing and were helpful in all ways. Thanks, Jim and everyone, for making a bad experience (car accident) into a good experience. If I could give a million stars I would.
