honestly I was abit unsure about ordering glasses and lens prescriptions online, but after seeing the great Trustpilot reviews, I decided to give Lenswap a try - and I did not regret it! The ordering process was simple, delivery took around 5 days (to New Zealand!) and the lenses fit perfect and give me a perfect view - and all this for a very good price. Highly recommended!!

Ordering through Lenswap was super easy, and delivery to Sydney was quicker than I expected. My progressive lenses turned out great, and when one pair wasn’t quite right, the return was handled fast and without any fuss. The staff was so warm and helpful, and the customer service overall was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend Lenswap!

I highly recommend LENSWAP. My 2 pairs of glasses had lenses replaced and serviced professionally in prompt time. The cost was surprisingly reasonable compared with many other businesses online. I will certainly be happy to not only seek their professionalism when required but recommend to family and friends. Thank you LENSWAP for excellent service.

Although Australia Post took over a week to get my lenses to me, this wasn't any fault of Lenswap. I'm so impressed with the lenses and their support I got another pair through them. A+++++ service.
