I've had a great experience with Lenswap. I finally decided to put new lenses in my 15yr old Persol sunglasses which I hadn't used in a while. Lenses come with an antireflective back and are a nice green colour. The customer service has been exceptional helping me with a script issue and lenses have been redone at discount price. Very nice touch including a velvet sleeve for the glasses and a cloth.

I had my Oakley Meta HSTN lenses replaced with prescription photochromatic lenses through Lenswap South Melbourne, and the whole experience was excellent. I ordered online and chose to pick them up at their office. The staff member who assisted me was very accommodating and made sure the new lenses were fitted perfectly. He even gave me two lens cloths and a glasses pouch, which was a nice bonus. Great service, smooth process, and high-quality work. Highly recommended!

I’ve never felt so let down by an eyewear service 😥. I paid almost $400 to Lenswap and was left with glasses I simply cannot use! 1. My original spherical lenses were swapped for aspheric without consultation, despite me clearly requesting spherical for the remake. They ignored my request claiming to know better?!
