I unfortunately have used the services of Lensing funeral home for 4 family members in 10 yrs . Each and every experience with them has been professional . Michael Lensing, Alex Lensing, Mike O’Brien and Vicki have gone out of their way to be resourceful and considerate of my wishes . They are very courteous and caring.
Everything was very satisfactory until it came to returning to me all remains of my beloved husband. My husband had a metal pin from breaking his leg and the ashes returned to me did not have it in them. I called and they said they had gave them away for another use. I had asked about his false teeth and was informed they were donated. But they made no mention of the metal in his leg.
