I had placed TWELVE orders with LensFactory but I will now be using a competitor. LensFactory BENT a pair of titanium Theo frames costing $650. After several emails from a clueless support person who acted like she just couldn't figure out what had happened or why, they finally just blamed my prescription with a ridiculous lie.
