I was told to come between the hours of 10am and 5:30pm to pick up my trial contacts. I show up at 5pm and I am told the eye doctor left early for the day and no one left my contacts out for the front end staff to hand over.
Alexis fixed up my sunglasses with a smile, and wouldn't take a penny for doing so. Great service. Thank you.
First , they don't deliver the orders on time. Second, they don't inform once the order is arrived. I have to go collect my glasses today. I will update my review once I get my glasses from them.
Went in got a pair of sunglasses simply because I saw them on the shelf and liked them!!! But I felt like they were giving me a hard time because I don't have a prescription and they are that kinda place. Really didn't have to repeat that multiple times.
