The store manager Kelvin, is always attentive to the clients needs. I always know I can count on the store to fix my frames whenever I smush them or need advice on what glasses look best on my face. I love knowing that there’s aftercare and not just a simple purchase where you’ll never see the optical store again. Love that they take my insurance as well. Who knew that a visiting an eyewear store could be so satisfying!! 10/10 experience every time I go, and the only store I trust tbh.
I've had many issues trying to find the right glasses, and this team has been amazing, particularly Kelvin, the manager, who has gone beyond what I could expect to provide an excellent service
