Had my sunglasses repair by Frank very friendly, the repair was fast and easy
I'm a Macy's Paltinum customer, and this is my second time here to buy a pair of framed glasses. The staff there doesn't seem to care at all! They simply tell you, "See what you like," and they're incapable of finding alternatives for the customer. If they don't want to sell, then just look for another job they do like!
The doctor was excellent. Explained in detail the changes in my prescription and gave me a heads up about a future procedure that I will need to further improve my vision. The gentleman who helped me with ordering my new glasses was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining my options for new frames and explained the features that are best for my new prescription.
