Today at LensCrafters I was looking for a pair and Bano is a lovely employee who came and helped me. There were so many pairs and she helped me to pick out the perfect two pairs. I needed one for driving and one for just every day casual look. She helped me determine what kind of transition and protection I needed and she was very quick on her feet and understood everything properly.
The service is very great i had such a wonderfull experience i will recomend lenscrafters to all my family
I went to LensCrafters Optique at Don Mills Plaza last minute yesterday with my husband and our two kids. We were all taken very good care of. Susan is the BEST!!! She was very kind, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond and even stayed past her work hours just to help us. We never felt rushed at all. I had a very pleasant experience at LensCrafters at Shops at Don Mills. I chose this location based on Google reviews, and they did not disappoint. Anushya and Sohail were incredibly kind and attentive. I had a special request, which they handled promptly, making the experience truly wonderful. They also gave me great discounts. Thank you, Anu!
