Had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was personable. Dr Parsons made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing. Bano showed great customer service and patience as I tried on countless frames. Love the ones I finally chose.

This LensCrafters location has very high reviews at 4.9 out of 5 and it's well deserved! Outstanding customer service! The staff really takes care of you! They guide you through the entire process. From picking out a frame, explaining the different lenses options, processing insurance, adjustments, measurements, cleaning, testing, they do it all.
