UPDATE: LensCrafters Yorkdale stepped in and saved the day. The Don Mills location is still dreadful however. 5 Stars for Yorkdale. They lost my order, did not communicate at all. It takes repeated follow up to get anyone to acknowledge that you exist as a customer and that yes they're completely incompetent

I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters location! Yan was incredibly kind and very professional. She listened to my issue that I was having with my glasses and solved it in just a few minutes. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend this location!
Great selection of frames. Professional and friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because both times I went in recently there is a queue of customers as there is only one staff person available. Hopefully, this is a temporary situation and they will staff up.
