Ordered my glasses March 17, 2020 still do not have my glasses which I need badly. I have done the two surveys to have my glasses shipped to my house a week ago and still no glasses. I won’t be getting glasses From LC again.
Don’t ever go to this place. Plain robbery, find a local Dr. that wants to make lifetime clients.
Punam Saini is the optometrist there and she is fantastic! She has seen myself and my 4 children. 3 have special needs. She is very intelligent, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has state of the art technology! She even has retinal imaging so we never had to get our eyes dialed. The staff next door at LensCrafters is pretty amazing also. Been getting our glasses there for 5+years! A+++
