Been calling for 2 days to schedule an eye exam. No one answers the phones and their website says to call in to schedule an appointment so I am taking my business elsewhere.
Everyone who helped me that day were amazing and really helpful.
We have been very happy with this Lenscrafters. Dr. Potts and team were extremely helpful and very patient with my 14 yr old getting his first set of contacts. The Lenscrafters team was also very helpful with me getting my first pair of progressives, and getting them to fit and feel correct.
This office will not approve my prescription for contacts unless they're bought through them!!! They will be seeing me this week and I will be filing for a refund if they do not release my prescription. I am furious and out of contacts because of this horrible office!!!! I hope they see this review too.
