Steven from LensCrafters was amazing! I dropped by to get emergency contacts because I am from Nashville here on vacation and forgot my contacts. He got that dealt with immediately with a smile on his face! Steven absolutely SAVED my vacation and was incredible. He’s the reason I’ll be able to see through this vacation! Six hours from home and realized we forgot our contact lenses. Lenses we were wearing both me and my daughter were degraded and needed replaced immediately causing eye irritation. Stephen at LensCrafters inside of the Macy’s was our last hope on a Sunday morning moments before it was too late to get on our cruise boat. He was quick, unbelievably helpful and literally saved their vacation. Furthermore, he gave us samples and didn’t even charge us for anything. Five stars.
