Very helpful when we were stuck in a pickle
My wife recently sat on a pair of her prescription glasses and popped a lens out. Visited Kim at the Lakeside Macy’s store… She Was very professionally and had the lens back in an under a minute… She was awesome!!!
Sydney was a great help with her knowledgeable and delightful customer service.
Jada was very knowledgeable and very patient in helping my mom select a set of frames.
