Love Dr. Khan! She’s extremely thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve worn glasses my whole life but haven’t always been consistent. I was diagnosed with latent hyperopia and thought I understood what that meant — but Dr. Khan explained it in such a clear, relatable way that it finally made sense. Together, we came up with a plan to adjust my vision and work toward ongoing improvement. She took her time during the exam and made sure I got the best possible results. Highly recommend!
Frank and Brie was awesome!! Really helped me adjust the nose pieces with care and precision! I am happy with my glasses and hope I can be more active and comfortable I the new glasses! So glad LensCrafters is close to me and a very caring business :)
A very friendly and professional place to go for eye care. Technicians are very beneficial in assisting with eyewear selections to fit your everyday needs. My insurance was approved before I arrived, and my visit went very smoothly. My ophthalmologist examined and educated me on my health care beyond eye care. Expressed the importance of continuing a healthy lifestyle will benefit my visual health. I am very pleased with my experience at the Macy's location.
Dr. Charita Smith has a holistic approach to eye care that I value; she is thorough, explains every detail, and makes sure she evaluates changes in vision in light of the patient's medical history. It is well worth the 70-mile round trip to see her! I am always impressed by the LensCrafter team-- special thanks to Destiny for all her help!
Dr. Smith did not tell me when tests cost extra. I did not even get a copy of my prescription; she had me take a picture of my prescription. She essentially forced a contact into my eye during my lens fitting and wanted me to sign off on being trained before I had gone through the training. I left without contacts because of how uncomfortable I felt during the interactions. Also, at most places they will offer to tighten/clean your current frames but that did not happen here.
