So efficient and helpful!! I needed sunglasses adjusted and it was a seamless and quick process!
No customer service, value service at this location. I came in and paid for an eye exam. Unbeknownst to me at the time of exam that I would also need a Pupillary Distance measurement when I put in for a glasses order online (from a third party). I called LensCrafters back to see if I could come back just to have my PD measured and the guy (Matt) says, “No. They only do that as part of buying glasses there.” Such BS.
