Ive been going here for a few years now and every member of the team has been warm, friendly, and welcoming! They answer my questions, make me feel cared for, and they fixed my glasses for free! Highly recommend coming here! They know what they're doing!
Had a great time here ! Lauren was awesome
I just had the best experience at Lens crafters and Dr. Paula nutis was the kindest and sweetest to me. I was a little nervous but she made sure I felt comfortable. Lauren, You are awesome and a sweetheart♥️
I had great experience today at LensCrafters at Macys.I usually dread picking out glasses because I'm so indecisive and tend to struggle with choosing what looks best on me. Lauren, the manager, made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, she really helped guide me toward frames that suited me well. On top of that, the store has beautiful selection of glasses with so many great options to choose from. I'm so happy with my final choice and truly appreciate Lauren's help. ... read more
