I had great experience today at LensCrafters at Macys.I usually dread picking out glasses because I'm so indecisive and tend to struggle with choosing what looks best on me. Lauren, the manager, made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, she really helped guide me toward frames that suited me well. I had a great experience at my eye doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam and answered all of my questions without rushing.
