Dr. Paula Nutis has been performing my husband's and my eye exams for years, and we consistently have a positive experience; she is highly knowledgeable and excellent, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, displaying great patience, and overall, always providing a great experience.
I had a very good experience at LensCrafters today. I worked with Lauren and Belle, both were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters and especially these two young ladies.

Dimitri helped me when I first arrived at my appointment he was great. Dr Nutis is awesome. I am usually uncomfortable with eye exams, she was patient and thorough. Lauren helped me with my glasses she was fantastic very calm she was great to work with, very knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions. Absolute outstanding service from this team.
My experience at this store is very disappointing. When I returned to modify my original prescription, the sales employee, Dimitri, displayed an extremely rude attitude. (1) He attempted to grap the old prescription document from me without my permission. (2) When I tried to discuss scheduling an appointment with Dr. Nutis, he repeatedly interrupted me and refused to engage in a conversation. He lacked the patience to even let me finish my sentences.
