I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters today, and I can’t recommend this location highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about my vision needs. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. The eye exam was thorough and high-tech, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Nutis was very personable and kind. She was thorough in her examination, and her explanation of her findings. The store manager was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the frames best for my face, as well as using insurance to reduce the costs associated with new glasses. This is the best experience I have had with an optometrist and optical outfit!
Dr. Paula Nutis has been performing my husband's and my eye exams for years, and we consistently have a positive experience; she is highly knowledgeable and excellent, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, displaying great patience, and overall, always providing a great experience.
I had a very good experience at LensCrafters today. I worked with Lauren and Belle, both were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters and especially these two young ladies.
