Worst place to get glasses. On floor manager is rude and no smile.
I get my glasses from Lens Crafters at Macy's in Gwinnett Place, Duluth , GA, the quality of glasses and turnover time, plus the Doctor's are very good. But I am giving it 3 star only because the associates here sort of ignore us , to pick my glasses on Oct 3rd 19, I kept waiting for over 40 min and the gentleman there did not have courtesy to acknowledge at all! I had to come back to pickup next day. If wait time to just pickup runs in hours I would not go here next time!
The optometrist here acts as if he do not want to help or do not want to be at work. My reason for visit is for an eye exam. He requested past records. Why? I do not know. He immediately assumed the previous office I went to was closed and recommended that I come back another time. The office is still opened and belongs to another time zone.
