We visited this location last night for my son's first pair of glasses and the gentleman that helped us made it quick and seamless. Nathan is the SHIZNIT
Ben is very friendly and helpful, his service is excellent
The female doctor is very rude. I don't mind spending the money on a place that has good customer service. Staff is good but the doctor needs to understand that there are many providers in the area, and in order to get a good client base you need to watch your tone with patients. Overall, Dr. Duran needs to practice professionalism. I will not be coming to her in the future. I've never had such an horrible experience before! I always go to the LensCrafters in Ontario Mills and regret choosing this place.
