I had such a good experience at this LensCrafters I was helped by KrisAnne and she was so helpful I came in looking for sunglasses with prescription and unfortunately because of my prescription I had a limited choice on the glasses I can choose but she was very helpful and went above and beyond. she was patient with me on finding my new pair of glasses and the customer service and everything was excellent I will be coming here in the future and I will recommend everyone I know here.
Awesome Stephanie best ever.. thank you
Best experience ever. I was down to one contact in urge of a new pair and Stephanie’s exceptional customer service, attention to detail and customer satisfactory just made my day. Thank you Macys for staffing such inefficient employee. I will be coming to Macy’s for my lenses and contacts from this point on and will highly recommend to my friends and family
Great customer service, especially from the associate Stephanie. She was beyond helpful to me and my family, definitely recommend.
