If you’re hard of hearing maybe you should go somewhere else. Dr has terrible attitude. Others were great here
Took my favorite pair of glasses in to LensCrafters in Macy’s Victoria Garden. Thought I’d ruined them but A very professional and courteous you man named Nathan, not only repaired them but noticed the nose pad needed changing and took care of it as well. The kind of customer service he provided I haven’t experienced in a long time. Guess where I’m getting my next pair of glasses from! Thank you Nathan and LensCrafters

Wow!!!! We normally go to Lens Crafters in San Bernardino. But that new regime has taken a big dump and they are just straight out rude and inconsiderate of customers. We decided to travel to Lens Crafters at Victoria Gardens, specifically the Macy's store. Wow again!!! Elliot, Ben, and Nathan are awesome!!!! Treated us great and made my wife feel welcomed.
