Wow!!!! We normally go to Lens Crafters in San Bernardino. But that new regime has taken a big dump and they are just straight out rude and inconsiderate of customers. We decided to travel to Lens Crafters at Victoria Gardens, specifically the Macy's store. Wow again!!! Elliot, Ben, and Nathan are awesome!!!! Treated us great and made my wife feel welcomed. Lens Crafter was very efficient with me. They helped me find glasses within my budget. I like seeing the same associates when I go. They are very nice and solve my glasses problem fast. They make suggestions within my insurance plan. It is a wonderful, pleasant experience.
I purchase some glasses on a Tuesday and received them by Friday. So fast! Also, Stephanie was a big help. I recommend going to the macys lens crafters over the main store at the mall. While Stephanie was a breath of fresh air, I can't say the same for the associates at the main store. Stephanie actually greeted my mother and I while at the other store we were not acknowledged for over half an hour. So, choose macys. They may have less glasses to see but the service is better.
