Nice staff and great service! Definitely recommend this location. I ordered my contact lenses there and received them in a timely manner.
Such an awesome crew at this LensCrafters! The staff walked me through the entire process of getting my first pair of prescription glasses. Dr. Cooperman was so nice and he took his time to make sure everything was completely accurate. I didn't feel rushed at all throughout the entire process. Mel and Sonia completed the experience by being super friendly with me and making me feel like I was more than just a customer. Definitely recommend this location.
Went to this location recently and the service was very unfriendly. Don’t waste your time going here. The staff was more involved with sitting around doing paperwork and talking. Decided to go to a competitor.
Dont waste your time coming to this location, customer service is terrible, doctor never there, been here 3 different times to get an exam and all 3 times no dr!!!! And yes the 3 times I came was on the 2 days of the week the dr was supposed to be there
