Angelo at the Macy’s Lens Crafters store in SF Union Square was super helpful in adjusting my glasses, talking me through proper care for my eye glasses and helping me look at a few potential new pairs. Highly recommend him and this location.
[Visiting from out of state] Would not recommend coming to this location at all. Disclaimer that I do understand LensCrafters claims no responsibility for servicing on outside lenses. My glasses nose pad unexpectedly broke on the last day of my trip. Lo and behold, many LensCrafters locations offer the quick fix I needed. Upon waiting 1hr and then picking up my glasses with new nose pads, my lenses were dirty AND significantly scratched.
