I was able to get an appointment the same day. The doctor was friendly and professional.
Got to wait for 3 hours to get my prescription because their system is down. Then took a month before I got my glasses. Had to come back because they got the wrong glasses.
Not sure why this place has a bad rating. I have a really hard time getting new glasses and Ana helped me sooo much. I had an issue with my first pair and she helped me pick out a new one and exchange my other ones. It took me forever to choose so I really appreciate her patience. Also my glasses from here have usually arrived even sooner than expected. The staff is really helpful and prices are reasonable.
