Courteous staff and good service.
Very disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location. I’m visiting the area from Ohio and lost a screw in my frames...easy fix, right? Not at this location...because there was no commission to be made to help me out I was told I could wait or leave the glasses and home back before they close in an hour and a half!
I made an appointment online to later receive an email saying my appointment isn't available. So now I don't have an appointment and already had planned on getting this taken care of. Now I can't make it for another 2 weeks. Thanks LensCrafters at Emeryville, I can wear old contacts even longer.
