I purchased glasses two weeks ago. I’m a returning customer so I knew what I wanted included in my lenses. I was assisted by Nicholas Skylers who seem to have his own agenda and insisted on trying to upsell me. I was pretty clear when I told him I wanted high index lenses and told him three times that I did not want transition while in the car. A few weeks ago , I bought a pair of glasses which cost more than $700. (pre insurance) Towards the ending of the transaction , I asked (store manager) to use the rest room . He told me to "use the rest room at the resturant 2 doors down as I do" I'm in my 70"s and was with my wife. I doubt we pose a security risk .
