Alicia and Dr. Paul are amazing. Ask for them specifically. I’ve been wearing glasses 30 years and Dr Paul was the only person to examine me and figure out I had binocular vision syndrome. Alicia went above and beyond for adjustments, ensuring I understand what I’m buying and why, and she even put my old lenses in a different pair of frames for me to use at the gym. Super helpful and kind

I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. Throughout the process, the salesperson (Craig) had a noticeable attitude that made us feel nervous and unwelcome. ​When we asked to see a sample of the Transitions XTRActive NewGen Green lenses to understand how they would look when facing the sun, we were told there were no samples available. It felt very unprofessional to be expected to purchase a premium product without being able to see what the color actually looks like in person. ... read more

Dr. Paul has been my Optometrist for years, and I will always go back to him! He does not rush through appointments and is very knowledgeable. Alicia, the Optician was very helpful to me when picking out glasses and went above and beyond. I appreciate the Lenscrafter’s team at this location.

Team is very knowledgeable and take great care to have amazing fit and style. Recently had some damage to glasses and went in for adjustment. Cosmo took the time to fix, check information, and saw that I had a warranty that would fully cover new glasses and lenses for a small handling fee - a percentage of what new glasses and lenses would cost. Thank you
