If I can give them no stars I would! This LensCrafters is horrible! When I picked up my glasses, I was NOT given my RayBan’s authenticity card or a case. After I asked about them the associate Sam told me RayBan never had authenticity cards (Lie number 1). Then he said maybe the optician threw them out because customers don’t want them. This is a choice for the customer to make and not the optician. I told him that I would like my card because it has my name and prescription on it.
