Staff was so helpful, communication was great, and Dr Chen was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional!
I’ve had only positive experiences at this LensCrafters location. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable, thorough, and went above and beyond to help me. He takes the time to listen, address my concerns and make sure I understand what I need. The front desk staff are friendly, organized, and very knowledgeable as well. Everyone makes the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great eye care and outstanding customer service.
I can’t thank Sabrina and Cortney enough for making the entire experience of choosing my glasses so smooth and effortless. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If I needed a new pair of glasses every week, this would definitely be the store I’d come to every time. Awesome service. Thank you!
