I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the LensCrafters at Ridge Hill in Yonkers has been incredibly disappointing. It has been nearly 1.5 months, and my issue is still unresolved. During that entire time, no one has been able to give me a clear or knowledgeable answer. I’ve been left waiting, following up myself, and getting little to no meaningful information. Stephen provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He clearly knows his job well and takes the time to understand your needs and help you find the best options to meet your expectations. I am still waiting after several weeks to hear back from owner/lenscrafters. I do have insurance, although it doesn’t cover LensCrafters or this specific doctor. That said, I didn’t mind paying out of pocket because I had always felt comfortable with the doctor and the service at LensCrafters Richmond Hill—until today.
