Courtney was a pleasure to speak to. I believe my doctor was Dr Chen and he was really informative and calm in his bedside manner. I have a stigmatism and my eye has been really blurry because of it. I appreciated. How everyone here just made me feel so calm and cared for. They updated my prescription and let me know to just use my glasses more consistently. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the LensCrafters at Ridge Hill in Yonkers has been incredibly disappointing. It has been nearly 1.5 months, and my issue is still unresolved. During that entire time, no one has been able to give me a clear or knowledgeable answer. I’ve been left waiting, following up myself, and getting little to no meaningful information.
