Went in to get my glasses fixed thinking it would a day or two and expensive, but to my happy surprise they fixed it on the spot and adjusted themall with no charge. In and out in 5 min. Feels like I got a free pair of glasses. Thanks!!!
Great experience overall. Karlan was helpful, gracious and knowledgable without being pushy. My entire experience from start to finish was smooth and stress free. The store has a huge selection of frames (high end, mid-range etc.) that in my experience I have not come across in other similar stores. I would definitely recommend this Lens Crafters location.
