Extremely upsetting experience at this LensCrafters location. The manager, Justin, was unprofessional and dismissive when I tried to resolve an issue with my glasses. The product did not match what I was shown at the time of purchase, and my request for a refund within the allowed timeframe of less than 30 days was refused without any real effort to resolve the situation.
