Our experience at LensCrafters was amazing! Krystelle was incredibly attentive, patient, and friendly throughout our visit. She was especially kind to my son engaging with him warmly and answering all his questions with a smile. Thank you Krystelle!
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Went to 2 different locations and both screwed up my orders, a simple prescription lens change in my meta frames. A simple process now dragged out over a month and still not resolved. Made my first buying experience with lenscrafters an awful experience. Once this gets sorted I wont be back.
Armaan was extremely helpful and made picking up our glasses enjoyable.
When addressing a concern to their manager Sophie, they just wish you all the best and to have a great weekend. They don't seem to care for your business. I recommend looking elsewhere. Not everyone is treated equally here.
