Suhani was great sales person everything she did for the sale and more was excellent. I went ro see her 3 times and there is 5 of us in my family and she took care all of us. She was friendly and all question was answered really well and very knowledgeable on the products. I will definitely go back to this location and will recommend this place to all my family and friends.
We visited this LensCrafters location last week and the experience was honestly disappointing. My husband & I were excited to look for new eyeglasses and waited for someone to assist us.. The store was not busy at all yet no one approached us or even acknowledged us. We kept looking around hoping someone would notice because I wanted to ask if they had the eyeglasses I liked in stock. I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Willowbrook Mall! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Suhani — she was amazing. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Continued harassment from LensCrafters (Langley) / Willowbrook Optometry Clinic—apparently related to a past review.
