Went there to have my glasses tweaked a little (tighten the screws & cleaning), small petite blonde lady was a bit rude and just to told me wait as they're all with a customer. She was just at front desk and dont have a customer with her compared to other employees who I can clearly tell that their busy as they're talking to customers. Not sure if she would've been nice if I was there to buy something and not just ask for small favor.
Few days ago, I went for an eye test. I ask for appointment and got date and time of my convenience. The staff were so friendly and awesome. Dr.Dhaliwal was taking my eye test. His service was top notch. He examined everything, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything like what the machines do and how things work. It was a pleasant experience and lots of sections to choose from either in-store or need be online inventory. Knowledgeable, friendly, and family friendly.
