Returned for 2 yr check up. Service continues to be excellent. Dr. Solmaz Pouvali was thorough & communicative. Optician Sandra was pleasant and helpful. Always enjoy dealing with other this organization. Wow! Great store and staff. Adrienne T. is awesome. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Have dealt with Iris for years, but this store will be our new go-to for eyeglasses. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience i have never been treated so well as both a customer and person. Tried on a few different pairs and she made me feel dapper in them. Non rushed or pushy. Took the time to get rhe best look quality and price.I would definitely recommend her and would use her professionalism again. Even laughed at my corny jokes and cheezy lines. Of course I forget her name. Voice in head says just say the lovely girl from India. I got the meta 2nd gen. (Went back and looked at receipt Suhani was her name. Lovely lady
