Pam was great! Super knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. She was attentive, friendly and just made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable. You can tell she’s really good at what she does and cares about helping people.
Last Saturday, I visited LensCrafters to look for prescription glasses and hoped to have my eyes checked as well. Since it was the weekend, the store was understandably busy, but they still managed to accommodate me, which I truly appreciated.
