Everyone was super friendly, open, and respectful from start to finish. From the initial phone call, to the exam, to choosing glasses each staff member was lovely to work with. I have a very high prescription and the staff appeared to be knowledgeable and supportive Thank you

I bought the two pairs of glasses late last year. I have had to return the one pair because the screw fell out of the frame to arm ,they did fix while i waited. now the other pair the frame is losing its paint on the frames both sides. quality issues ???? the frame is columbia i will bring in this pair to see what they have to say.
We were pleased by the service provided by Kiran. She was very helpful.She assisted my daughter in picking up her glasses. Great customer service!!!!
