My family love to buy our glasses at this store. Hala and Tamara are always going the extra mile with our purchases. Update : As I have reviewed earlier that this location is my family's to go for all the glasses we need. Unfortunately I have to say that this location is not our choice anymore (they don't want to help if you have an issue with your glasses). Luckily we've found a new optical store in Port Coquitlam. I just ordered and received new prescription glasses. Suhani was super helpful, friendly and patient and overall I'd say its one of the best stores if you're looking for glasses. It was my first time coming here and it definitely won't be my last.

Of the three eyeglass purveyors in Coquitlam mall I visited on a weekday afternoon, LensCrafters was easily the winner in a competition of which had the most indifferent and uninformed staff.
