We liked the service received — polite, professional and friendly. Also we like the delivery time — it’s not at the next day, as in my native country, but at least the glasses arrived to pick them up earlier than we expected.
Horrible experience @ the eye exam area. I'm 65 and went in for an eye exam today and was told it would be 75$ even though I'm a senior which enables me for free eye exams in BC plus my extended health with Canada Life covers it. The receptionist berated me in front of other patrons and lied to me so I walked out and went to Specsavers in the same mall and booked an appointment which is free! Avoid this Lens Crafters in Coquitlam Center!
