I had bought glasses costing over $700 Ray Bans in March of 2025 the arm broke in 5 months and they said they cant fix them take them somewhere else to fix them. My recommendation is to take your business to eyebuydirect where you get glasses that are affordable and last for years. It seems like these places are scams. They ashore me they would help when I bought them, so that was just a sales pitch.
Wendy was a tremendous help. She was polite and knowledgeable and carefully explained what options were available for my new glasses, and how my benefits coverage would work. She patiently answered all my questions. I'm really glad I came to LensCrafters.
I had a great experience at Lens Crafters in Coquitlam. David was very informative and helpful.
I was very impressed with how the optician, Wendy, was helping my fiancé at the Coquitlam location, so I decided to get a pair of glasses with her assistance. I had never gotten prescription glasses before and wasn’t sure how to go about it. Wendy was very patient and professional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I got what I wanted. I was very pleased with my first experience at LensCrafters.
