Customer service has always been outstanding! I recently stopped by to have my spare pair of glasses adjusted, and the experience was seamless. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, my glasses were perfectly adjusted, and I was out in under 15mins. This LensCrafters location has been my go-to for years, and the staff consistently remain friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience here! The customer service was truly outstanding. They allowed me to exchange my glasses without any hesitation and even let me keep my current pair while I wait for the replacement — which I really appreciated. Shout out to staff- Chanel for being so helpful, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Great experience. A appointment was made last moment and when I showed up early it was moved up so o don’t need to keep waiting. The front desk was educated on how to fill out the forms and guided me on my concerns on the forms. The doctor was very professional and connected with her career as she did let me know my contacts will be soon getting discontinued and recommended a change to a newer version.
