Wow! The folks at the other LensCrafters do a fine job but Abby and Stephanie at Desert Ridge were so wonderful to work with! They are genuine, super nice and knowledgeable. Both my partner and I got one prescription pair and a pair of sunglasses. He was able to walk in for an eye exam, and we were out of there super happy in about an hour. We highly recommend!
Stopped in to get my husband a new pair of glasses. Stephanie was so welcoming and helpful! She looked up our insurance details and helped us look up glasses in other colors. We easily both booked eye exams and put aside glasses! In the past, we have gone to another location, but Stephanie helped us schedule exams and frames to our accounts easily! We are definitely coming back to get sunglasses too! The most personable experience we have had in a long time!

Place is filled with incompetence. There are a few really friendly genuine people here but my last visit was atrocious. Older gentleman was not friendly at all and made this trip insufferable and did not explain anything properly and left me with a really bad taste in my mouth about this company. I visited this store on July first, hoping that I would have new glasses for my vacation which started on the 11th. I brought my old frames thinking that would expedite the process. Paid for the process and was told it would take four to five days. Guess what, they lost the glasses, even before I went on vacation. Back from vacation and it has been almost a month.
